THE BONEFISHING PARADISE
FLY & SPIN FLATS FISHING PROGRAM
 THE
ANGLER'S FLATS: Located on the northern side of the Island of Cozumel
(map), there are three large lagoons consisting
of flats, mangroves, coves and shallow waters. The three lagoons are
full of Bonefish, some baby Snook and other battlers like Lady fish,
Jack, Snapper, Triggerfish, small Shark, Barracuda, etc. Also, during
the months of March through December you can catch some big Permit weighing
from 10 to 25 pounds or even larger.
This trip consists basically of bonefishing the flats. Aquarius has
3 open  flat
fishing boats (from 18' to 23' feet) powered with 40 and 60 H.P. Yamaha
motors, with the latest in safety equipment. The trip is mostly wading,
so, you must bring with you a pair of wading devices like: short wading
boots, tennis shoes, diving boots, etc. You must also bring a good pair
of fishing polarized sun glasses, a hat, plenty of sun screen lotion
(#30+) bug spray and comfortable light clothing.
 The
day includes an experienced guide for either fly or spin fishing
and transportation to and from your hotel in Cozumel to the marina,
box lunches, 12 soft drinks, plenty of purified bottled drinking water,
plenty of ice, all the spinning rods & reels, all the leaders, shock
tippets and bait.
RATES & RESERVATIONS: The daily angling rate for a full fishing day
is: $385.00 USD. (8 Hour trip) per boat, per day for 1 or 2 anglers.
Any extra angler is $100.00 USD.
All cruise ship anglers are welcome. Special trips to accommodate
cruise ship schedules can easily be arranged.
